I developed a tool and visual style for mapping out the employer hiring experience from recognizing the need to hire, through posting on Indeed and to onboarding the new hire.

I conceived a system for understanding the cadence of employer emails. Now we can map out the experience and plan out what to say to employers and when.

I lead our team in developing a modular design system for all emails. The goals were to make it effortless to create new emails and consistency across all emails.
